At Harley Shayna Skin, we believe the foundation of every great skin treatment is a healthy skin barrier. When the barrier is intact and functioning, skin can do what it’s designed to do: stay hydrated, stay balanced, and protect itself.
That belief shapes our entire approach. Every treatment is designed to heal and support the skin — never to force results at the expense of it. By working with the skin’s natural processes instead of against them, we minimize inflammation throughout the treatment process, significantly reducing the risk of post-inflammatory outcomes like PIE, PIH, and melasma.
It’s a barrier-first philosophy, and it’s the standard behind everything we do.
I’m Harley, a licensed esthetician serving Dover, NH and the greater Seacoast area — including Somersworth, Rochester, Durham, and Portsmouth.
